Enjoy the warm weather and the tranquility of being in a private subdivision with controlled access and 24-hour surveillance. Inside the house you will find everything you need to rest, entertain or work. It has a television, DVD player, stereo and if you like retro, dust off your VHS movies and bring them with you since there is a VCR. The pool is shared and to be given access you must go to the surveillance booth.

The house is on two floors, with a study or television room on the ground floor where one person can sleep on a sofa bed, this area is ideal for working as it has a desk and secretarial chair, on this floor there is a half bathroom, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, the main bedroom has a double bed and the secondary bedroom has a triple bunk bed with individual beds.


The subdivision where the house is located is very quiet, generally visited on weekends, the pool is almost always empty, especially during the week.


You can have all the space just for you.

The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The municipality of Emiliano Zapata is located 30 minutes from the center of Cuernavaca Morelos, the El Amate subdivision is located on a main road with controlled access, very close you will find a supermarket, cinemas and banks, as well as dry cleaning services, laundries, grocery stores convenience and food outlets of various kinds.

The subdivision is very quiet and 100% residential, it has a (shared) pool.

Strongly recommended. Luis is a great host. He is kind and responds quickly. And he always took care of us to make sure we were comfortable. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The management staffs and neighbors are also friendly. It's convenient because there are Chedraui, shops, restaurants, and a bus terminal to Mexico City within a 10-minute walk.

Agradable pero muy caluroso

Es un fraccionamiento muy seguro y de fácil llegada/acceso. Cerca hay tiendas (Oxxo) y para comer antojitos mexicanos. La alberca del fraccionamiento se encuentra a aprox 4 casas del hospedaje. La gente ahí es muy amable, los vecinos también. La alberca estuvo muy llena el viernes pero el sábado estuvo sola (comenzó el servicio a las 10am ya que mencionan que la capillan todos los días, se nota el mantenimiento, olía muchísimo a cloro). A unos minutos en coche encontrarás un Chedraui, cine, plazas, mercados y balnearios (Temixco y el rollo valen mucho la pena).

Sería muy agradable que un día antes mantuvieran la casa ventilada (ventanas, patio) ya que el calor de la noche el primer día fue insoportable (llegamos por la noche). Tuvimos que dormir en la planta baja ya que en la alta con el ventilador y aire acondicionado rústico no nos dimos abasto. Ayudaría mucho si los ventiladores de los focos giraran y si tuvieran luz fría.
