Villa located within a property of 5 villas with pool and bar, just 5 minutes from the Miguel Aleman beach and Playa Francia


The villa has all the necessary accessories to feel at home and save money on meals, since it has a refrigerator, microwave oven, grill, and all the necessary cooking utensils.


Villa Mar is located on a 750 m2 property in a residential area called Lomas de Costa Azul which is located behind the Golf Club, it is a very quiet and safe area.


During your stay you will have access to the common pool and bar, as well as a private terrace perfect for having your favorite drink or reading a good book in complete privacy.


During your stay you can reach me by phone and whatsapp and most of the time there is a person on site who can help you with any questions.

We have 5 villas of 70 m2 each, fully equipped and decorated with specific themes such as Love, Moon and Sea. Some have balconies, others terraces, roof garden or private garden, as well as a nice pool with wading pool, sundeck and a covered bar.

La villa es amplia y tienen de todo !! Hasta nos dejaron vasos, platos , tazas ! Tiene estacionamiento y puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras, literalmente te sientes en tu casa. Mis mascotas estuvieron felices y pasamos unos días en familia muy a gusto. Le encantó y regresaría sin duda.

Que no hay agua caliente, y un poco alejado de la playa, solo es para llegar en auto
