Bookings:
To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
Birthdate
Identity number or passport number
Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Postal code
Phone
Email
Time of entry to the property
Name of other guests (if any);
Forms of payment, reservations, rent and deposit (credit card, transfer, cash)
To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be collected at check-in before entering the property.
Payment, referring to 30% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit, Paypal, credit card, or Mercado Pago.
Payment of the rest of the rent + cleaning fee + deposit must be made when signing the contract and handing over the keys.
The deposit will be required at check-in in cash with a predetermined amount per property at the time of booking.
In order to assign your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer by email.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as the reservations department sends a confirmation email.
If for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rented property is no longer available, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Registration (Check-in):
Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The client is obliged to inform us of his arrival time and give us his contact number at least 24 hours before his arrival, without this information, check-in will not be possible. During the check-in process, the client must send an email to reservas@rentasvacacionales.info or a WhatsApp message to 5535116011 up to 30 minutes before arrival at the property, after receiving the message, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.
If you arrive before the official check-in time of 14:00, you can leave your luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the apartment is available you may be given early access.
for a check-in before 2:00 p.m., a changeover between 6 am and 2 pm can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid in advance.
For entries between 10:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m., the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
IMPORTANT:
The departure time is before 12:00 hrs.
An employee will meet the client in her apartment (the time will be previously set in the rental contract), in order to examine the property, receive the keys and return the deposit.
After checking out, customers can store their luggage in our office during opening hours. If the apartment is available and the client wants to leave between 12:00 hrs. and 6:00 PM, we require a late checkout fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the entrance.
For departures between 18:00 hrs. and 8:00 p.m., we charge the equivalent rent for the next day. If the client does not leave at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a fine of $500 Mexican pesos will be charged, if this departure is before 12 am. After 12 noon, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full day.
Cancellation and reservation changes:
In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes in reservation dates will only be allowed with written confirmation from Vacation Rentals.
Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of the amounts paid by the client, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the rules of the condominium, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, non-payment of the total rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable television, Vacation Rentals is not responsible for connectivity problems or inconveniences derived from it, since these services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with internet connectivity or the TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.
